TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

• Each vendor will be assigned a exhibitor space.
•  Vendor will be able to occupy space two(2) hours prior to start time of the show for set-up. 
• Vendor will be given an 8 foot skirted table and two chairs.
• VENDOR IS NOT TO DISMANTLE DISPLAY UNTIL THE END OF SHOW ONCE ANOUNCMENT HAS BEEN MADE. If dismantled prior to announcement vendor will forfeit "Bridal Mailing List" and will not be asked to future BridalTown Productions shows.
• Vendor is required to have a Door Prize with a value no less then $50
• Each Vendor will receive a list of all registered Brides for this show with in 48 hours of the end of the show. These list are for the sole purpose for the vendor and NOT to be redistributed, lent out, sold, bartered, or any other unauthorized use.
  Vendors who violate this policy and misuse the list will be banned from participating in future BridalTown Productions shows and subject to penalty fees.

DEPOSIT DUE UPON SIGNING AGREEMENT BALANCE DUE TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO SHOW DATE

LATE FEE OF $50 WILL APPLY IF BALANCE NOT PAID ON TIME A FEE OF $75 WILL BE CHARGED FOR ALL RETURNED CHECKS
